Do I need to bring my own detergent?
No — the machines auto-dose detergent. Just bring your laundry.
Can I leave the laundry and come back?
You can, but we recommend staying close. We don’t move laundry between machines.
I have allergies — is this safe?
Yes — ozone washing is excellent for sensitive skin. We add no chemicals or softeners.
How long is a full cycle?
35-minute wash + 30-minute dry ≈ 65 minutes total.
Can I pay by card?
No — for now, payment is cash only.
Where can I find a laundromat in Zagreb city centre?
Laundry Box is at Henrika Degena 6, by Kaptol and Ribnjak park, about 10 minutes on foot from Ban Jelačić Square.
Can I wash bedding, towels or a duvet?
Yes — the 10 kg and 15 kg machines are suitable for larger loads, bedding, towels and most machine-washable duvets.
Is Laundry Box useful for tourists and students?
Yes — it is central, open every day until 11 PM, and you only need to bring your laundry and cash payment.
